FABRIC (FABRIC Labs, z.s.) is a Czech nonprofit that runs intensive residential programs for analytically minded students ages 16-21. Its flagship programs include ESPR (European Summer Program on Rationality), PAIR (Program on AI and Reasoning), ASPR (Asian Spring Programme on Rationality), and WARP (a joint venture with SPARC). The camps bring together approximately 30 students with a dozen staff for 10-day workshops covering topics such as game theory, cryptography, mathematical logic, AI systems, cognitive science, and decision-making. All programs are fully funded for accepted students, including tuition, room, board, and travel scholarships.

Theory of Change
FABRIC believes that identifying and cultivating exceptional analytical talent at a young age is critical to building the pipeline of future researchers and leaders who will work on AI safety, alignment, and other important problems. By providing free, immersive programs that teach rigorous quantitative thinking, rationality skills, and AI literacy to mathematically talented 16-21 year olds, FABRIC aims to shape how the next generation of researchers and decision-makers think about AI and existential risk. The alumni network of approximately 400 people creates a lasting community of analytically skilled individuals who are exposed early to AI safety concepts and connected with mentors working in the field.
