RAISEimpact is a program operated by Successif, a nonprofit focused on high-impact careers and organizational development. Fully funded by a May 2025 Open Philanthropy grant, RAISEimpact works with organizations reducing global catastrophic risks from AI, offering leadership workshops, tailored recommendations, and implementation support covering areas such as role clarity, governance, team performance, hiring, and conflict management. The program is free to eligible organizations (those with at least five paid staff working on AI risk reduction) and currently serves four AI safety organizations.

Theory of Change
RAISEimpact operates on the premise that many AI safety organizations are limited not by talent or funding alone, but by organizational dysfunction — unclear roles, weak management systems, and poor team dynamics. By improving leadership and management practices at AI safety organizations, RAISEimpact aims to increase their operational effectiveness, improve talent retention and decision-making, and ultimately enhance their capacity to reduce catastrophic AI risks. Stronger organizations produce better research, policy, and technical work, which translates into reduced AI x-risk.
