Ardysatrio Haroen
Bio
Ardysatrio Fakhri Haroen (known as Ardy Haroen) is an Indonesian AI researcher and engineer. He holds a bachelor's degree in informatics from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) and previously worked as an artificial intelligence research engineer at Bukalapak, a major Indonesian e-commerce company based in Jakarta. He is a Fulbright Master's Degree Scholarship recipient, pursuing graduate studies in computer science at the University of Southern California, with a specialization in artificial intelligence and machine learning safety, particularly focusing on enhancing the robustness of large language models. He attended the ML Safety Scholars (MLSS) program in Indonesia, supported by a Long-Term Future Fund grant for relocation costs. His technical background includes hands-on work in neural network implementations, data science, and generative search engine research.
