Theory of Change
MARA aims to advance Basis’s universal reasoning engine by developing representations and algorithms for modeling, abstraction, and scientific reasoning, so that AI agents can autonomously construct and refine world models via experimentation. These capabilities are intended to generalize across simulated, digital, and physical domains, enabling compounding progress in automated scientific discovery and applications such as robotics and complex systems modeling.
