Machine Learning for Alignment Bootcamp (MLAB)

Machine Learning for Alignment Bootcamp (MLAB) is a multi-week, in‑person program in Berkeley where Redwood Research staff and collaborators teach participants core deep learning concepts, engineering practices, and tooling needed for empirical alignment work. The curriculum focuses on hands‑on projects and exercises that build the specific ML skillset Redwood believes is most leveraged for reducing AI x‑risk, and has been reused by other alignment training programs.
